Ok...so me and Renee (aka "The Piglet") took a roadtrip to Hobbs, NM to visit our Grandma this weekend. It went something like this...1. Eat Dinner at Cattle Baron (tons of meat), 2. Hang out in the Mariott Lobby talking to people from the Netherlands, 3. Eat Lunch at a Chinese restaurant that WAS NOT CHINESE at all, 4. Hang out at my Grandmas listening to stories about our crazy great-grandpa and finding out that we were 1/8th Cherokee (where was this info when we were applying to go to school..it coulda been free..), 5. Looking at photos of our dad (check the one here - total Joaquin Phoenix, right?, 6. Eating dinner (i mean "supper") at Bovine & Swines (..more meat...), and busting loose.
